• Check vendor statements and contact vendors for missing invoices
• Enter SQD SPJ credits
• Apply manual deposits
• Back up applying deposits – lockbox
• Reconcile bank statements
• Reconcile general ledgers
• Process Vendor credit card payments
• Balance credit card statements
• Crossed trained in all accounting positions
• Incoming mail
• Scan, file and attach documents as needed
