What you need to know

We are taking an important step forward as we integrate AES with Border States by implementing SAP technology (business operating system) on Friday, February 16, with go-live scheduled for Monday, February 19. We will keep normal business hours during this period.

 

To minimize any impact to your business, please work with our Sales team to plan ahead prior to February 16 and we will be back online on February 19. By planning with us for this cutover, you will be served in the best possible way during this period.

 

Please work with your AES contacts to: 

• Order in advance of the cutover period. 

• Prioritize early deliveries if needed. 

• Order material to ship directly to the job site.

This new operating system will provide powerful benefits for both you and AES, including enhanced operations and improved user experience and integrations.
